Good to Know

• For tours with a meeting point, please arrive 15 minutes before the start time.
• Only 5 minutes waiting time after the scheduled start.
• If you booked hotel pickup, pickup runs between 7:30 and 8:00 (exact time sent the day before).
• Group sizes may increase without notice and the tour may be bilingual.
• If you booked pickup and did not provide your location at checkout, you must inform us at least 32 hours before; otherwise you will meet at the designated point. Changes are only possible with more than 48h notice.
• For children under 8, age must be given in advance as a child seat is mandatory. Without this, the child cannot join.
• Groups making separate bookings must inform us in advance and with time if they wish to stay together, otherwise we cannot guarantee the same vehicle or group.
